HEAT has extensive experience in both North America and Europe, having detected millions of on-road emissions records and becoming the premier vendor for remote-sensing services. Since 2014, HEAT has  performed on-road vehicle emissions testing for the cities of Edinburgh, Broxburn, Glasgow, London, Birmingham in the United Kingdom, the city of Paris, the cities of Ghent, Bruges, Erpe-Mere, Antwerp and Brussels in Belgium, and the cities of Cologne and Frankfurt in Germany.

In North America, HEAT has performed testing with various entities including California, Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Illinois, Colorado and Ontario. EDAR’s accuracy is proven by the United States EPA, the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC), and the UK Department for Transport. All blind studies show that EDAR’s accuracy and sensitivity are far above existing remote-sensing technology with a remarkable “R squared” of .99 across all gases, with the car moving from 24 to 96 km/h.
